About Me
Hello! My name is Ms. M. Weber. I am new to Whitecourt, and look forward to being a part of this community and teaching at Ecole St. Joseph. Over the rest of the school year, I will be spending my time getting to know each student, and will work with their strengths to provide the best learning environment.

I am from Spruce Grove, and attended the University of Alberta for my Education Degree.  During this time I volunteered for Holy Trinity to co-teach Catechism classes. Once graduated, found myself as a substitute teacher for the school division which I attended, Evergreen Catholic School Division.

I spend most my time outside! This includes hobbies such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, and hunting. I also participate in indoor rock climbing quite frequently! Living a healthy and active life promotes my interests in biology.

My passion for science stems from nature, and has taught me to pay close attention to detail. I chose my minor in university to be art so I could communicate my thoughts, and findings in ways which expand from writing.  I believe students learn by actively participating in lessons. You can prepare yourself for a year full of demonstrations, experiments, and hands on learning.

I look forward to creating positive relationships in the school and the community. Please feel free to contact me at any time at:, or by the school's phone number
