Lord, in this Epiphany,
I join with the Three Wise Men of the East
to offer you gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh,
With the gold I bless your divinity, eternal father,
for there is no other God like you, immense in kindness
and generous in mercy.
With the frankincense I send my prayer to you,
I search for you in the depth of my soul and
I celebrate your presence among us.
With the myrrh I give thanks for the sacrifice
and suffering that life brings me,
for without them I could not recognize your healing presence.
May my gifts please you.
