Grade 9 and Senior High Families:
Please be aware that in the next few weeks, your child will be asked to indicate their preferred courses for the 2021-2022 school year. Students will fill out a Google Form here at school on which they indicate the core and option courses they hope to take next year. We encourage you to speak with your child about their plans and which courses would be a best fit for the upcoming year.
If you have questions about specific courses we recommend that you speak with your child's teacher and/or Mr. Galliot. Additionally, there are great resources located at https://www.learnalberta.ca/content/mychildslearning/
Mr. Galliot and the admin team will visit with each grade 9 class to talk about transition to Senior High and course offerings prior to students completing the survey. Furthermore, we will offer individual family meetings with a member of the admin team in March for those who would like more information or have questions.
If your child does not yet have their own access to PowerSchool and MyPass, we strongly encourage that they activate these accounts asap.
